Our fully equipped boutique studio is located in Collaroy on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. We are a friendly and highly qualified team of instructors who are extremely passionate about Pilates and its positive impact in people’s lives. It’s our goal to teach quality movement through excellent instruction so clients can incorporate Pilates into their daily lives.

We offer personalised studio sessions in a supportive, small-group environment.
Choose from Private (1:1), Duet (2:1), or Semi-Private sessions (typically 3:1), all tailored to your individual goals and needs – from rehabilitation to strength, mobility, and general fitness.
